Where I ship from?
I send from Germany.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I ship internationally.
How your Items will be packed?
It is important to me that your order arrives exactly as I sent it so that you can enjoy it.
All items are sent in thick cardboard bags or packages. A3 prints will be rolled as little as necessary.
All prints come in a transparent paper bag to protect them from water. A5 and A4 prints are protected from bending with an additional sheet of cardboard.
Edit: My goal is to ship plastic-free as much as possible. Therefore, I use transparent paper bags instead of plastic bags, as I feel the water protection is good enough and I never received a complain about them. Sometimes I also reuse packaging materials.
How long does it take to prepare orders?
After receiving your order I send it out between 1 and 4 business days. Please note that the time might increase when I'm attending a convention. But it won't take longer than a week.
How long does a package take to arrive?
It differs from country to country.
Orders within Germany take a maximum of one week to be sent by post. Most of the time, however, they arrived after two to three working days.
Orders within the EU usually take up to two weeks.
Orders outside the EU take up to 3-6 weeks.
You can always track your shipment with the tracking number.
The last update of my tracking number was a while ago. Will my package still arrive?
Especially for orders from the US and outside the EU, it can take while for the shipping data to be updated after the package has left Germany. This is completely normal and your order will arrive within time. If you are still unsure don’t hesitate to send me a message.
My address has changed or had a mistake, is there a way to change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then yes! Just use the shop contact add your name and order number and new address and I’ll correct it. It’s best to tell me as soon as possible to avoid your order being sent out to the wrong address.
For customers in the United States, if it is a tracked package, you can change the address for your package on the USPS site. you can find it under receive --> change of address.
Can I get something signed?
Yes! You can ask for prints to be signed at checkout. Unfortunately, I cannot sign other items.
Can I make changes to my order?
You are welcome to email me over the contact form and I’ll see what I can do! Please understand it may take a while for me to reply if it during busy times, such as shortly after a new item is in stock.
There is an item missing from my order or I have the wrong item, what should I do?
Then you should definitely send me a message over the shop contact form. Let me know what is missing and I’ll send it out as soon as I can. Please be honest. As for accidentally sending out the wrong item, also let me know and I’ll send out the right item.
VAT( value added tax)
In some cases there will be VAT or other taxes. Customs and / or duties fees are levied by the destination country and it's responsibility of the addressee to pay them.

May I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped out, then yes your order can be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
Can I return an item/s no longer wanted?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns. I do apologize.
